Benefits & conditions:
- Starting Salary: From âŽ13.00/14.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
- Initial salary review after 180 days.
- Potential for salary renegotiation post 6 months.

- Estimated cost: âŽ125 per week plus bills.
- Onsite meals provided during work shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with mobility and physical exercises.
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.
- Follow care plans and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A caring and compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant healthcare certifications are a plus.
