Excellent Chef de Partie Job available now. Join our dynamic kitchen team in West of Ireland. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that the culinary offerings consistently meet the highest standards for our esteemed guests.
Excellent family run professional management team operation. Our homely Lounge serves reasonably priced, high standard, fresh, local, homemade bar food served daily from 9am â 9:30pm.

- Starting Salary: âŽ15.00 to âŽ17.00 per hour (gross income) based on work experience + tips/gratuities.Â

- Accommodation Package: Staff Accommodation is fixed at âŽ100 euro per week per person all bills included. Private Room in shared Staff House.

Qualifications:
- We require a Chef with minimum 5 yeas experience as Chef De Partie.
- Proven ability to maintain high food standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
