We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that the culinary offerings consistently meet the highest standards for our esteemed guests.
We are a charming three-star property in North East Donegal. Renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, this hidden gem offers stunning landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect location for both work and leisure.

Benefits & conditions:
- Starting Salary: âŽ15.00 to âŽ17.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience (estimated net salary expected to be âŽ545 to âŽ575 net per week, this is an estimate based on a âŽ15 to âŽ17 euro range of minimum 40 hours per week)
- Tips (estimated to be 50/75 euro per week minimum)
- Accommodation Package: âŽ75 per week (subject to availability), providing excellent support for relocation
- Immediate start required, candidates must be able to arrive in Ireland within 7-14 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Utilize initiative and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Adhere to and enforce HACC procedures
- Consistently deliver high standards of food quality for both customers and the establishment
Qualifications:
- Culinary experience in a similar fast-paced setting is a plus
- Proven ability to maintain high food standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
