A renowned dining venue in Ireland is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a creative and high-performing culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes while adhering to kitchen standards.
- Section Management: Oversee a designated section (hot, cold, or pastry), ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain seamless kitchen operations.
- Training & Supervision: Assist in training junior team members and uphold high performance within the kitchen.
- Menu Contribution: Bring creative ideas to the menu, incorporating seasonal and trending food concepts.
- Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring freshness and minimal waste.
- Hygiene Standards: Strictly follow food safety and hygiene regulations, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills – expertise in cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and perform under pressure.
- Creativity and passion for balancing tradition with innovation in dish development.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent English is essential.
