Salary: Starting from €15.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Man to join a well-established, community-focused venue in Mountmellick. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare and serve drinks, maintaining high-quality presentation standards.
- Manage transactions responsibly, including cash and card payments, following proper cash register procedures.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Promote drinks and specials, enhancing customer experience while increasing sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Bar Man or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Familiarity with a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, is a plus.
