Now Hiring: Insurance Claim Handler – Constanța
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Claim Handler to join our team in Constanța. If you have a background in insurance, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for insurers, handling queries and claims
- Monitor and document incidents, ensuring all costs are recorded
- Process claims in the ERP system and coordinate with insurers
- Review invoices, classify expenses, and ensure supporting documents are in order
- Prepare and submit claim statements, following up until funds are received
- Maintain insurance records and generate periodic reports
- Be part of the emergency response team and communicate with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (insurance or large company)
- Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and office software
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in the maritime sector is a plus
