The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop managerial skills, support restaurant operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is preferred

  • Strong team leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to manage staff and engage with guests

  • Ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally

  • Comfortable managing fast-paced service in a high-volume restaurant

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and restaurant logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service

  • Manage and support front-of-house staff, providing training and guidance

  • Ensure guests receive outstanding service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally

  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours

  • Oversee daily setup, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficiency

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service

  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
