The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop managerial skills, support restaurant operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Strong team leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities to manage staff and engage with guests
Ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally
Comfortable managing fast-paced service in a high-volume restaurant
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and restaurant logistics
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Manage and support front-of-house staff, providing training and guidance
Ensure guests receive outstanding service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally
Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
Oversee daily setup, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficiency
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
