Job Opportunity: Project Manager (Green Energy â Solar Panels)

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of photovoltaic installation projects. You will ensure that all project stages, from design to execution, are carried out to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, internal departments, and external partners to ensure that the projectâs objectives are achieved effectively.

We are a leading company specializing in green energy solutions, with a focus on large-scale ground-mounted solar panel installations. As part of our growth and expansion across Western Europe, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee photovoltaic projects from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee photovoltaic system installation projects, ensuring all phases are executed according to the plan and schedule.
- Monitor project progress, preparing and presenting regular performance and status reports.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure these are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Identify innovative solutions to streamline processes, optimize costs, and enhance overall project performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Energetics, or Electrotechnics.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to solve problems proactively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on learning and career development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Driving license (Category B).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
