An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Chef de Partie in a well-established dining venue in Clonakilty, Ireland. This role is perfect for a talented chef eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team while showcasing their expertise in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes, adhering to kitchen standards.
- Section Oversight: Manage a designated section (hot, cold, or pastry), ensuring consistent quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Training: Support junior staff through guidance and training to uphold high performance standards.
- Menu Input: Contribute creative ideas for menu items and specials, aligned with seasonal ingredients.
- Stock Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Hygiene Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- References from at least one previous job.
- Valid EU citizenship (due to work requirements).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Culinary Knowledge: Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
- Creativity: Passion for crafting innovative dishes while respecting culinary traditions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
