Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in grilling and deep-frying
Fluent in Spanish or Italian
Ready and willing to relocate to the Canary Islands

Energetic, positive, and proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and grill menu items to high standards of taste and presentation
Master deep-frying techniques to deliver crisp and flavorful dishes
Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen setup
Ensure proper seasoning, portioning, and plating for every dish
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials
